The Granger MV36 Monarch valve amplifier is conceptually designed for vintage tone and simplicity. Very clean and chimey Class A British tones as well as mean crunch, and all the touch sensitivity you'll need. The controls are simple. It has two inputs, one high and one low impedance. Controls are Volume, Bass, Middle, Treble, Cut, and Master Volume. The preamp consists of 3 ECC83S valves and power is rectified by a GZ34/5AR4 rectifier valve. The power section runs on four EL84 which produces 36 watts. VariWattage is a standard feature and allows the player to dial in the output - from 36 watts down to 1 watt, and is front/top panel mounted for easy access. The 1x12 combo model is equipped with a Weber 12 inch Blue Dog Alnico 50 watt speaker. The 2x12 is equipped with one Weber Blue Dog and one Weber Silver Bell 30 watt Alnico speakers. As the amp is cathode biased, no bias adjustments are needed.
