Purchaser & User Agreement:
PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING GRANGER AMPLIFICATION TO CUSTOM BUILD YOUR AMP - NO ORDER WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THIS PRODUCT USAGE ADVISORY AND AGREEMENT:
Please read the following in its entirety:
All Granger amps are custom made, one at a time, to order. On average it takes 7-8 weeks to build, test, and burn-in depending on my schedule. Special options, custom orders, parts availability, supplier mistakes, and peak demand times may extend this time. My turnaround time is not a guarantee of when the amp will ship, only an estimate. When you complete payment you are entering a binding contract to have the amp constructed and shipped. All sales are final. We offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship and most parts (see warranty terms near the bottom of this page) to the original owner. I'll do my best to keep in touch while building your amp to provide order status. I will do whatever I can to meet or exceed your expectations.
- Curt Granger
- This is an electronic device containing extremely high voltages - it can kill you - seriously!
- Do not go inside the amp unless you are qualified to do so - lethal voltages are present and you or someone with you could be seriously injured or killed.
- Unauthorized modifications will void the warranty. In doing so, user assumes all risks. Please contact Granger Amplification before making any modifications.
- Do not expose the unit to moisture or damp conditions.
- Do not operate the unit if you have been or expect to be near water in any form.
- Do not place any foreign objects near, on, or around the amplifier. This includes open beverages, food, or anything else that could enter the amplifier and cause damage.
- All Granger amps feature a true Earth ground pin - do not remove or bypass this connection in any way - be sure you are plugging into an outlet with the ground pin connected to true Earth. Failure to do so will place the operator at risk of serious injury or death.
- The rear side of the amp (near the tubes) will be emitting heat when operating - avoid this area. Do not place any combustible objects near the heat.
- Do not touch the tubes (which can get very hot, +200 degrees F.) while the amp is on - You can or will get burned.
- Do not operate near small children, whether they are being supervised or not. Accidents will happen, they always do.
- Always wear adequate hearing protection, or limit your exposure. High sound pressure levels can damage your hearing during extended periods of use.
- By purchasing this product you are agreeing that you have read, understand and will follow these and all reasonable product safety steps, and any misuse of the product both voids the warranty and releases Granger Amplification from any liability that may result from misuse.
- If you ever have a concern or problem after purchase, contact Granger Amplification for a review of the amp, or refer to a qualified service technician - DO NOT GO INSIDE.
- Each amplifier is custom built per order, and therefore the stated turnaround time is only an estimate. Special options, parts availability, supplier mistakes, and peak demand times may extend this time. When you complete payment you are entering a binding contract to have the amp constructed and shipped.
The order process is initiated upon completion of payment. Once payment has been made it is understood that you have read and abide by this policy.
Warranty Service:
New Granger amplifiers are lifetime warranted to the original purchaser against failure of workmanship and materials, which covers any repairs required to bring the unit back to it's original factory stock condition. It excludes freight to or from the factory. It does not include circuit updates, product feature upgrades, nor modifications. Our obligation is limited to restoring the unit to the original product specifications at the time of manufacture. This warranty excludes abuse (whether intentional or accidental), tubes, blown speakers, cosmetics, physical damage (such as water or other foreign substances), shipping damage, or attempted repairs by anyone other than Granger authorized service facility or technician.
No other warranty applies. This warranty applies only if the amplifier has not been damaged by accident, misuse or as a result of repair or modification. This warranty is not transferable. Granger Amplification reserves the right to make any design changes without notice or obligation to incorporate these changes in products previously purchased.
Repairs under warranty are based on the sole discretion of Granger Amplification or it's authorized agents. We reserve the right to suspend a warranty, nor service any unit which, in our opinion, has been abused, modified, or improperly serviced by unauthorized personnel. We reserve the right to substitute components of equal or improved quality for repairs when necessary.
Units being returned for service must be pre-authorized by Granger Amplification. An R/A number must be provided by us, and must appear on the exterior of the package or we reserve the right to refuse the package upon receipt. A copy of the bill of sale/invoice must be provided. COD's of any kind will not be accepted.
Non Warranty Service:
Non-WARRANTY units being returned for service will be serviced at the current bench rate in effect at the time of repair, plus parts required. Amp owner is responsible for all shipping charges.
Return Policy
If your amplifier arrived with shipping damage, contact us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with the shipper and arrange a return to assess the damage and repair your amp.
